By creating an account or using 2ndBrain, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2ndBrain is a personal knowledge tool. You may use it to save bookmarks, notes, and ideas for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for all content you save.
You may not use 2ndBrain to store illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. Automated scraping or abuse of the API is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial periods, except where required by law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The 2ndBrain platform, logo, and code are owned by us. Your saved content remains yours — we claim no ownership over what you save.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2ndBrain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
